• Knowledge off PCDMIS software is required
• Gauges and Measurement skills
• Quality Control and Calibration skills
• Ability to Interpret Product Drawings and Specifications
• Understanding of GD&T per ASME Y14.5
• Attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to multitask
• A Self-Starter Attitude; Can Work with Little Supervision
• History of Long-Term Employment and Dedication
• Ability to Work Safe and Promote a Safe Work Culture
• Desire to Work with and Transfer Skills to Others
• Pride in Workmanship
