• Proficiency with Current Versions of MASTERCAM Software, MAZAK VARIAXIS and INTEGREX Machining Centers
• Proficiency with GDT Interpretation and Various Measurement Techniques
• Desire to Satisfy and Exceed Customer Requirements
• Pride in Workmanship
• A Start-To-Finish Attitude for Different Projects Each Week
• Ability to Take Ownership in a Project from Quote and Process Input to Programming, Fixture, Setup, Run and Inspection
• History of Long Term Employment and Dedication
• Ability to Work Safe and Promote a Safe Work Culture
• Desire to Work with and Transfer Skills to Others
